Rose Garden

Just wanted to share with you that I went to a rose garden this month and it was so nice to see one in real life versus in the movies or in books. It wasn't that far away which was a nice surprise. I went kinda crazy over all the different roses there were. We went to Filoli and I liked it so much I had to get my own roses.

So this weekend, in the blistering sun, my husband and I went to a nursery and we were shocked at the many different types of roses they had. I'm not sure if all nurseries are like this, rows and rows and rows of roses, but I felt like a kid in a candy store. The place we went to is called Regan's Nursery.

Here's a pic of a rose from Filoli. I wish I had the name of this rose . . . guess I'm going to have to go back and find out! Heh heh heh!
